Level 3 Award in Basic Life Support Managing Anaphylaxis.
This Regulated level 3 (BLS) course teaches learners how to perform basic life support and deal with anaphylaxis. It is suitable for anyone who has a personal or professional interest or duty in helping others in an emergency. Learners who finish the QUALIFI Level 3 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis will gain knowledge & understanding in –
• be able to assess the casualty.
• be able to carry out the recovery position.
• be able to provide CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
• be able to provide safe use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
• be able to manage anaphylaxis in an emergency.
On the day of the course, we will cover both theory and practical learning. This qualification is a one-day course that is fully completed in-house at our training grounds. This qualification has 1 Mandatory unit which includes 6 short answer questions and practical assessments completed on mannequins.
